CALEO Contact us

Privacy notice

Last updated 13 October 2026

This notice covers the caleo.io website: what happens when you visit it or send us a message through the contact form. The Caleo platform itself is covered by the agreement we sign with each customer.

Who we are

The website is run by Operational Excellence with Dmytro Krasnoshlyk, ul. Wichrowa 4c/6, Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8943206937. We are the controller of the data described here. For anything about your data, email [email protected].

The contact form

When you send the form we receive your name, company, work email and message. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which passes the message on to us. We keep an enquiry while we're in touch with you and delete it when you ask us to. If there has been no contact for three years, we delete it anyway. If you become a customer, your agreement with us sets what happens to your data from then on.

Analytics

We count visits with Plausible Analytics. It doesn't use cookies or collect personal data: it records which pages are viewed, where visitors came from and their country, and doesn't keep IP addresses. The data is stored in the EU. We use it to see whether the site is useful (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).

Hosting

The site is hosted on Railway and served through Cloudflare. Like any web server, they process your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Fonts and images come from our own site. Apart from Plausible, described above, a page doesn't load anything from other services.

Some of these providers are based in the US. Where data leaves the EU, they rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within a month. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl), and you can also go to the authority where you live or work.

Changes

If we change how the site handles data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
